Cognitive Fic!

Whoo! Fics! They don't have a damned thing to do with each other this time, though. Eh.

Title: Left and Right
Fandom: Fullmetal Alchemist
Character: Ed
Summary: Ed is forced to admit he wasn't really thinking this thing through.
Rating/Warnings: PG. Attempted suicide portrayed humorously (so if that's likely to offend you, it'd probably be best not to read. I'm sorry; I have an awful sense of humor). Somewhere in between parody and crack.
Notes: fanficrants makes me write silly things. I dug this up because it made me laugh when I wrote it; the context was a rant about emo/cutter/suicidal Ed fics that didn't pay close enough attention to detail.

Title: Boys' Night Out
Fandom: BLEACH
Pairing/Characters: Ikkaku/Yumichika, with Iba, Renji, and assorted hapless bar patrons along for the ride.
Summary: A night out drinking. Sometimes, it's hard for Renji not to wonder why Ikkaku lets Yumichika get away with so much.
Rating/Warnings: PG-13 for language, moderate violence, and booze. Shounen-ai. Yumichika (yes, he's a warning).
Notes: I posted this a while back at yumikkaku. It is silly and makes me smile.
Disclaimer: If I owned Bleach, I would not live on convenience store bento. Thus, the logical conclusion is that I do not, and I write this at the mercy of Kubo and whoever's got the English rights, and am getting no moneys from it.

In the works: A Kasanoda/Tetsuya (Ouran), a Tatsuki/Orihime (Bleach), a Hijikata/Souji (Shinsengumi Imon Peacemaker), and there's dozens of Lia-and-company original ficlets around that I could see my way clear to posting at some point. Some of the Diermid/Aislin ones are just about ready to post, but I want to proofread them when I'm fully awake before I post them. Right now? It is 3 in the zarking morning, and I need to go to class and into town tomorrow. So more fic will come later.

Bitching over at FFR has inspired me to fix up and post the three Ouran fics I had languishing on my hard drive! Yay.

Title: Looking Inwards
Series: Ouran High School Host Club
Pairings/Characters: The Hosts. Hani/Mori, Tamaki/Haruhi, One-sided Hikaru/Haruhi, possibly one-sided Kyouya/Tamaki, possibly one-sided Kyouya/Haruhi, possibly one-sided Kaoru/Hikaru.
Summary: A set of short, introspective pieces, one from the point of view of each host. Growing up is weird, and everyone's got some thinking to do.
Rating/Warnings: PG. Teh ghey, love triangles all over the damned place, pretty slight angst. Oh. Um. And implied incestuous desire. Apparently, this fandom makes me forget tiny details like that.
Notes: None, except that having looked this one over again, I have the urge to write Tamaki/Kyouya/Haruhi. I'm getting plotbunnies just considering it...Also, my summaries fail. I need more practice at writing them.
Disclaimer: Don't hurt me, Mr. Hypothetical Lawyer-man, I'm a broke-ass college student and I don't own the characters in this fic or much of anything else!

The next two are connected, sort of. They're really different in tone, though.

Title: For You
Series: Ouran High School Host Club
Pairing/Characters: Hani/Mori
Summary: Hani would do anything to see Mori happy, even if it hurts them both.
Rating/Warnings: R for implied sexual situations, yaoi, masochism, sub/dom themes, hair pulling, and screwing the height and blonde rules hard.
Notes: At some point, I commented offhand in a FFR post that there ought to be masochist!Mori fic, because…well. Just look at the damned manga. So now, instead of doing my work, I’m making good on that offhand remark of mine! I hope it doesn’t suck. Also, after this I feel like I’m going to have to write some Host Club wacky hijinks, because this is so far from the lighthearted side of things that the manga is usually focusing on…

Series: Ouran High School Host Club
Characters/Pairing: The Club, with implied Hani/Mori
Summary: Tamaki, as king and father figure, is concerned. Mori doesn’t really know what to say, and wishes everyone else would join him in saying nothing. Companion to For You, but much more fluffy and silly.
Rating/Warnings: PG-13, to be safe. References to S&M, which are overt but not explicit. And implied gay. Surprise? I think not. Vaguely cracktastic. Not entirely serious discussion of domestic abuse, by which I mean no offense.
Notes: Because the first things I wrote for Ouran were slightly angsty introspection and non-explicit kink with angst, I figured I ought to write something a little more upbeat, because come on. Ouran. It’s the land of ditzy pretty-boys, genderfuck, and delicious cake. So…non-angsty Ouran fic! Set after “For You.”

Hatori Bisco, I heart you; whoever the Hell has the rights to the english version, for goodness’ sake, don’t sue; I’ve pretty much got my scholarship money and if I’m lucky, the stash from my part time job will keep me fed until I’m back on the same continent as mom’s home cooking. ...Up to the point I started this journal! Phew! I decided to cut out a few of the ones I collected because I didn't know the fandoms too well... I doubt it'll be an inconvenience to anyone, they're just old P&K ficlets.

I'm going to start this off with two fics I promised to iambic5 ages and ages ago. Rin, babe, I'm sorry. I fail, I fail, I fail, and when things are not on pornandkittens, it seems I take about a year to both get around to them and get them into what I consider an outside of P&K level of non-suck. Have I offered you extra requests in apology for how late this was months ago yet? If I haven't, I do.

Just don't expect them before...you know. Summer, ish.

After those two, it'll be alphabetical by fandom, and there aren't enough in any one fandom that I'll worry about organizing them within that.

I love the song I'm listening to, more than I should. Everyone should hear it. "I'm her lunatic and she's my psychopath" makes me think of Rowan/Lia, and that makes me giggle.

Ouran's up high on the to-do list right now, as is Good Omens. There's a couple of Ouran fics in the works, anyways... Oh, God, and CLAMP. Everything by CLAMP. Argh.

Right! Rest time for Alice! I'll dig the other old stuff that I don't feel compelled to give its own entry up tomorrow. Or...you know. Sometime. I'll edit it into this entry.
